The BCP BIA workshop highlights the reasons for and value of conducting a Business Impact Analysis (BIA). Attendees will be able to identify the impacts resulting from business interruptions that can affect the organization, and the techniques that can be used to quantify and qualify such impacts. Identify time-critical functions (RTO / RPO / MTD), their recovery priorities, interdependencies etc so that the recovery time objectives can be established and approved. Experienced facilitator will guide through the attendees on the practical approach on developing a BIA report.
Outline
