He successfully completed the Whole-of-Government ICT Incident Management Exercise (CMX24) at the Government Technology Agency of Singapore that involved 12 ministries/agencies, 25 critical and strategic systems, 9 vendors and more than 250 participants. CMX24 is a command post exercise to practise ministries and agencies to respond to an Advanced Persistent Threat which mounted a successful cybersecurity (ransomware) intrusion into critical government ICT systems.

As Global Head of Risk Management for Banyan Tree Group, Ron led the global risk management program covering IT, data, finance, compliance, safety, and security across multiple international locations including Asia, Africa and America. More recently, he headed Health, Safety and Risk Management at United World College Southeast Asia, Singapore's largest Private Education Institute (PEI), successfully navigating the college through COVID.

At the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, as Head of Emergency Preparedness, Ron led Business Continuity and Emergency Preparedness for the aviation sector. On his watch, Singapore stepped up Border Health measures tenfold to counter COVID and mobilised a multi-ministry task force and mitigated the UAS intrusions at Changi International Airport in 2019.

With over 35 years of experience in Information Technology where 19 years specialization in Cybersecurity, Charlie brings a unique blend of technical mastery, strategic foresight, and commercial acumen to board-level governance.

He has held global leadership roles across Symantec Professional Services (Asia Pacific & Japan), Deloitte Risk Advisory (Southeast Asia), and Reuters Consulting, advising Fortune 500 clients on Cybersecurity risk, regulatory compliance, and digital resilience. As a founder and entrepreneur for over 19 years, he has built and scaled ventures across cybersecurity consulting, data governance, and operational transformation—delivering measurable outcomes in high-stakes environments.

Wee is the current Chairman of the Governance, Ethics, Assurance, and Risk Committee of Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO). He was a Member of the Licensing and Air Traffic Rights Committee and Commissioner of the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM), Malaysia's national aviation regulatory body. Previously, Wee was the President of IIA Malaysia and the Asian Confederation of Institute of Internal Auditors, a board member of IIA Global, and was a member of ACCA Malaysia's Advisory Committee.

Among his accolades, he received the Malaysian Internal Auditor of the Year Award in 2001 and has chaired and spoken at numerous international, regional, and national conferences.

His leadership has brought awards such as the ASOCIO Cybersecurity Award, PIKOM Digital Excellence Award, and CyberSecurity Malaysia recognitions. He is a thought leader, frequent speaker, and active contributor to national cybersecurity policies and talent development initiatives.

A passionate distance runner, Datuk Alan has completed full and half marathons in Kyoto, Singapore, Gold Coast, and Hong Kong. He has also participated in the Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Half Marathon for over a decade.

Syahril holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and is certified in Quantitative Risk Management. His insights continue to contribute significantly to the advancement of risk management practices within Malaysia’s financial sector.

Srikarthic helps organizations turn GRC from a back-office obligation into a competitive advantage. Boasting over two decades of diverse experience, his career includes pivotal roles at top-tier global financial institutions, asset management firms, and consulting organizations.

Prior to his tenure at Corporater, Srikarthic excelled in product management, technology transformation, channel management, and sales, spearheading large-scale projects in the US, EU, and Indian markets.

In her current role, she manages enterprise, operational, financial, supplier, and compliance risk across Southeast Asia. Nandini brings deep expertise in building organizational resilience and establishing robust control measures to safeguard businesses against complex internal and third-party risks. Prior to managing ERM & BCM for aviation and non-aviation businesses at AirAsia she was attached with the National Innovation Unit under the Government of Malaysia (Prime Minister’s Department) managing highly innovative start ups.

Prior to joining IHH Healthcare, Sara was a consultant with PwC Malaysia, where she advised organisations across various industries in both the public and private sectors on business continuity management and disaster recovery. This consulting experience gave her broad exposure to diverse organisational challenges and best practices, with expertise spanning strategy development, governance, crisis management, business impact analysis, and business continuity planning.

Having worked on both sides of the profession — as an external advisor and now as an in-house practitioner — Sara brings a well-rounded perspective on translating resilience frameworks into practical and sustainable programmes that deliver organisational value. She combines strategic insight with hands-on implementation experience, offering practical lessons and real-world perspectives on building resilience programmes that are effective, pragmatic, and fit for purpose.

She began as a Management Associate in CITIGROUP and joined PETRONAS holding various positions from risk management to strategic planning, have been in international operations including in Sudan through civil wars and joint ventures with Oil & Gas multinationals such as CNODC, Sinopec and ONGC.

In 2012 she led Upstream International in pioneering Enterprise Risk, Country and Business Continuity Management (BCM) for the international operations before joining Downstream Business Portfolio Risk Management & BCM to lead Risk, Crisis Management & BCM covering over 120 entities in 30 countries.

In this leadership role, she introduced innovative approaches in driving risk culture, emerging risks, integrated supply chain BCM for Refining/Trading, Petrochemical, marketing and provided risk advisory to the Executive Committee and Leadership Teams.

In 2020 she joined Indorama Ventures, a Global Petrochemical company with over 15 business verticals including PET, Specialty Polymers, Recycling, Fiber – Hygiene, Lifestyle, Mobility and Int. Oxides Derivates and surfactants. As Global VP Risk Management & BCM, Nonie leads a diverse global team overseeing over 140 plants in 38 countries across 6 continents. She is also Chairman of the Risk Management Council, Diversity & Inclusion Committee and is a member and secretariat to Sustainability ESG Council.

Now, she heads Group Risk & Assurance at Gentari, PETRONAS flagship sustainability business, leading Clean Energy industry transformation into renewable energy, green hydrogen and green mobility for the nation. She oversees enterprise risk and business continuity management across 6 business segments and 107 entities globally.

She is a Certified DRI Associate Business Continuity Practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering , UCL (UK) and is passionate about helping people in need, stepping outside of her comfort zone, taking on new challenges, exploring new perspectives for growth. Her mantra is ‘Seize the Day’ and that we don’t have to wait to be confident! Just do it and confidence will follow.

A recognized expert in his field, Clifford holds a Master's certification from the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), where he is also a lead certification trainer. He further contributes to the development of industry best practices as a member of the ISO Standards Technical Committee on ISO22301 at the national standards body in Singapore.

Prior to his current role, Clifford led roles in consulting, auditing, and practicing Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management. His extensive career includes experience with prominent multinational corporations such as Coca-Cola, Cadbury Schweppes, Pepsi-Cola, and Texas Instruments, where he held various commercial and technical positions.

Clifford's commitment to professional development and community engagement is reflected in his past affiliations with organizations such as the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce, the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Singapore Institute of Directors over the years.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Clifford is passionate about operational resilience training and web programming. His background includes service as a physical training instructor and combat medical personnel in the military, fostering a continued interest in health and fitness. He is fluent in English, Malay, and various Chinese dialects.

Currently Director, Security Assistance – Asia at International SOS, Lindsay leads crisis response, security risk management and resilience advisory services for a range of major of clients across banking, telecommunications, big-tech and logistics, providing advice to boards and C-suite executives across Asia-Pacific. Lindsay is Harvard-trained in negotiation and leadership, and holds tertiary qualifications in the Risk Management, Information Security, Project Management and Telecommunications Engineering.
