With a solid background in telecommunications and diverse international experience, he has excelled in various areas including strategic planning, project management, business transformation, risk management, business continuity, and business process management. Throughout his career, he has held significant roles at respected companies like Telekom Malaysia, KUB Malaysia Berhad, Guinea Telecommunication, Robi Bangladesh, Webe Digital Sdn Bhd, and TM International Sdn Bhd (now Axiata).

He frequently shares his insights on topics such as Telecommunications, Risk Management and Business Continuity Management as a keynote speaker. He has presented at conferences, state government events, and esteemed educational institutions.

Mr. Nor Masdi brings 30 years of experience marked by discipline, integrity, and agility. Known for his strategic decision-making and strong leadership, he is committed to ongoing learning and excellence. Outside work, he is a dedicated husband, father of three, and sports enthusiast.

With a diverse and robust career, his profession began in the Armed Forces in 1994, serving as a Senior Inspection Technician in the Malaysian Army. Transitioning to the corporate world in 2012, he joined Mettube Sdn Bhd as an HR Executive, where they played a pivotal role in leading the OSHAS 18001 certification program. In 2019, he became the Group HR Manager at Top Glove, navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and managing crisis response during the Cluster Teratai outbreak. Currently, he serve as the Head of Security & Admin Services under Human Capital & Admin at PROTON, where he have directed key initiatives such as the Flood Task Force Management Response Plan and Business Continuity Management Programs.

Dr. Dr. Shasheela has more than 20 years of experience in utility industry and multiple domain of ICT inclusive of Telecommunication, Systems and Applications, Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT) with high expertise in functional, strategy, governance and management.

Some of her professional certifications are Master Business Continuity Professional – MBCP (Disaster Recovery Institute International), Project Management Professional – PMP (Project Management Institute), ITIL4 and COBIT2019.

His profound knowledge encompasses network security, Zero Trust architecture, cloud security, cyber incident response, security operations, red teaming, technology and cyber risk management, governance and risk compliance (GRC), AI-driven cybersecurity, and third-party security risk management. Holding prestigious certifications such as CCISO, CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, and CCZT, Zhon exemplifies excellence in his field.

He has transformed the security maturity of various sectors, including banking, government, and aerospace. He played a pivotal role in enhancing the cybersecurity resilience of a Singapore government agency following the SingHealth incident. His contributions are instrumental in shaping Malaysia's upcoming Cybersecurity Act of 2024.

As the former President and current Advisor of the ISC2 Malaysia Chapter, Zhon reinvigorated the chapter after COVID-19, cultivating a thriving cybersecurity community. Known for his compelling public speaking skills, he translates complex cybersecurity insights into relatable knowledge, empowering leaders to make informed, risk-based decisions as they confidently navigate the AI-driven digital landscape

Jean F. Queralt (John) is the Founder and CEO of The IO Foundation, a tech nonprofit advocating for Data-Centric Digital Rights. Disturbed by the level of intrusion of technology in the lives of citizens, he took the leap in 2018 of starting The IO Foundation to establish a more solid and targeted direction to address users' protection from a technical standards perspective.

He is actively involved in Standard Developing Organizations such as the ITU, IETF and ICANN. Because he regards technologists as the next generation of rights defenders, he works to raise awareness on the importance of these organizations across the technical community and facilitates their participation in them.
