With over 19 years of leadership in risk management, safety, and crisis response across diverse sectors, Ron has extensive experience developing and executing comprehensive business resiliency programs.
He successfully completed the Whole-of-Government ICT Incident Management Exercise (CMX24) at the Government Technology Agency of Singapore that involved 12 ministries/agencies, 25 critical and strategic systems, 9 vendors and more than 250 participants. CMX24 is a command post exercise to practise ministries and agencies to respond to an Advanced Persistent Threat which mounted a successful cybersecurity (ransomware) intrusion into critical government ICT systems.
As Global Head of Risk Management for Banyan Tree Group, Ron led the global risk management program covering IT, data, finance, compliance, safety, and security across multiple international locations including Asia, Africa and America. More recently, he headed Health, Safety and Risk Management at United World College Southeast Asia, Singapore's largest Private Education Institute (PEI), successfully navigating the college through COVID.
At the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, as Head of Emergency Preparedness, Ron led Business Continuity and Emergency Preparedness for the aviation sector. On his watch, Singapore stepped up Border Health measures tenfold to counter COVID and mobilised a multi-ministry task force and mitigated the UAS intrusions at Changi International Airport in 2019.

Wee Hock Kee is a Faculty Member and Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM), specializing in corporate governance, risk management, and internal control for Public Listed Companies (PLCs). He is also a member of Singapore Institute of Directors and a board evaluation specialist with extensive experience evaluating boards of listed entities across multiple sectors in Malaysia.
Wee is the current Chairman of the Governance, Ethics, Assurance, and Risk Committee of Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO). He was a Member of the Licensing and Air Traffic Rights Committee and Commissioner of the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM), Malaysia's national aviation regulatory body. Previously, Wee was the President of IIA Malaysia and the Asian Confederation of Institute of Internal Auditors, a board member of IIA Global, and was a member of ACCA Malaysia's Advisory Committee.

A passionate distance runner, Datuk Alan has completed full and half marathons in Kyoto, Singapore, Gold Coast, and Hong Kong. He has also participated in the Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Half Marathon for over a decade.

Syahril Nizam Abu Hasan is the Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer of Lembaga Tabung Haji, bringing over three decades of experience in risk management, governance, compliance and financial services. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles across some of Malaysia’s leading financial institutions, including Tabung Haji, Manulife Insurance Berhad, Maybank Berhad, Bursa Malaysia, RHB Bank Berhad, and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia).
A respected industry practitioner, Syahril possesses extensive expertise in enterprise risk management, financial risk, operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, business continuity and governance transformation.
