About
Clifford leads the Business Resiliency Management role in a multinational organization covering Asia and supporting the Pacific. He is actively involved with reviewing Operational Resilience regulations globally in addition to regular work across risk, crisis, and continuity management. He currently holds a master certification from DRII, is a lead certification trainer with the DRII, and sits as a member of the Technical Committee on the ISO22301 in the national standards body in Singapore.
Prior to this, he spent the last 23 years as a consultant, auditor, and practitioner in Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management. His experience extends further back over the last 33 years across commercial and technical roles in Coca-Cola, Cadbury Schweppes, Pepsi-Cola, and Texas Instruments.
Mohd Fuad Sharuji
About
Mohd Fuad Sharuji was the Vice President of the Operations Control Centre of Malaysia Airlines. He was appointed as Crisis Director for both the MH370 and MH17 tragedies. More than 1,000 staff, including several of our management team were deployed in both these tragedies at various locations. Leading crises of such magnitude, he was privileged to undertake this role, testing corporate emergency response plans to their full scale.
To date, I have also been privileged to be invited to speak at 67 local and International Conferences, Seminars, and Forums in 22 different countries in Europe, the USA, Asia, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia from November 2014 to May 2023. He has been interviewed by several international media including CNN, ABC, CNBC, the Fox News, and his latest appearance was in a Netflix documentary regarding my experience handling MH370 and MH17.

Indrani Chandrasegaran is a distinguished Cyber Security Executive with over 20 years of extensive experience leading cyber digital transformation initiatives, providing advisory on cyber governance and technology, managing cyber defense operations, and overseeing managed security services across APAC, Middle East, and Europe. Renowned as a versatile cyber security professional, she champions a vision to instill a culture of cyber security while aiding global organizations in rethinking and innovating their enterprise cyber resilience programs.
Beyond her corporate endeavors, Indrani is a fervent cyber technology enthusiast who actively contributes to product innovation strategies and serves as a member of customer/partner advisory boards for renowned Global Cyber Technology Vendors. Recognized as a cyber thought leader, she shares her expertise on cyber topics in both local and international forums.
Indrani's exceptional contributions to the cyber security field have earned her prestigious accolades, including being named among the Top 20 Women in Cyber Security in Singapore 2020, receiving the Cyber Resilience and Information Security Award for Program Leader of the Year 2020, and being honored as one of the Top 30 Women in Cyber Security ASEAN in 2021.

Montii Abid's extensive career as a Senior Security Engineer/Specialist and Cybersecurity SME is distinguished not just by his technical expertise, but also by his strategic approach to cybersecurity. His comprehensive education, including a Master's in Cyber Security and a PhD in Incident Response and Management, lays the foundation for his deep understanding of the field. Montii's proficiency with vendor tools and solutions from Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Mimecast, and AWS, coupled with his certifications in a variety of technologies, demonstrates his commitment to staying at the forefront of cybersecurity advancements.
His experience spans across significant roles in multinational companies, where he has excelled in project management, compliance, and client engagement. Montii's impact in shaping cybersecurity strategies and solutions for Australia's major banks and healthcare providers is a testament to his strategic vision and ability to navigate complex security landscapes.
Sharon Barbosa Januario, ABCP

Sharon Barbosa is a distinguished professional boasting an extensive background in corporate leadership, business continuity, safety and security management, and a wealth of teaching experience. Her global experience includes holding the position of Global BCM Director in the Business Processing Outsourcing industry, followed by a transition to the role of Global Business Resilience - Deputy General Manager in the technology solutions sector. Her expertise spans diverse sectors, offering a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies and challenges faced by various industries.
In addition to her extensive industry knowledge, Ms. Barbosa is recognized for her proficiency in utilizing digital tools for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR). Her commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements ensures the seamless integration of digital solutions into her strategic approach.
