Murari is an accomplished IT and Information Risk Management professional with over 20 years’ experience in Information & Cyber Security, Outsourcing & Supplier Management, Business Continuity, Information Systems Auditing and IT Risk Management.

He has successfully built and managed global information & cyber security capability and led multinational and multi-location teams in global strategy & governance definition and implementation, industry partnership & outreach efforts, operational service delivery and transformational initiatives during his career with United Overseas Bank (UOB), Standard Chartered Bank, British American Tobacco (BAT) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Murari has spoken at conferences and specialist forums in Asia Pacific and possesses various management and technical certifications. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor for CIO Academy Asia (CIOAA) and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). He has previously served on the International Board of Directors for the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Centre (FS-ISAC), FS-ISAC Asia Pacific Strategy Committee, ISACA International Professional Standards Committee (PSC), ISACA Professional Standards and Career Management Committee (PSCMC), Board of Directors for the ISACA Malaysia Chapter and served as the corporate liaison, for Standard Chartered Bank with the Singapore Cybersecurity Consortium (SCC) which has been created for engagement between industry, academia and government agencies to encourage research, manpower training and technology awareness in cybersecurity.

Dayalan has over 20 years of hands-on planning and technical experience in broad areas of Business Continuity from various industries namely Financial, Oil & Gas, Facilities, and Manufacturing. Dayalan has conducted BCM awareness and preliminary assessment for Hospital BCP (a Hospital group in Malaysia & Singapore) from 2020 to 2021. Dayalan has also consulted and executed various Business Continuity assignments in the country and abroad namely Philippines and Saudi Arabia. He has also presented in various public seminars namely on Business Continuity topics. His recent projects are BIA Framework Simplification for an Anchor Bank in Malaysia, Crisis Simulation Exercise for a GLC company in Malaysia and Government Based Technology Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is certified by DRI International as a Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP).

Shanjeevan has more than 8 years’ experience in utility industry across multiple domains of ICT inclusive of Telecommunication Network Operations, Systems & Applications Disaster Recovery and ICT Business Continuity Management supporting Information Technology (IT) & Operational Technology (OT).

He is managing the business continuity elements of telecommunication infrastructure, data center system continuity and cyber resilience with higher responsibilities towards ensuring national security aspects of continuous electricity supply to the nation together with experience in leading and conducting drills at divisional and corporate levels.

He is an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) Malaysia. He was an Intern at the Wireless Communications Cluster (WCC), MIMOS Berhad in 2012. He was also an Executive Intern to the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Malaysia via the Perdana Fellows Programme in 2013.

Some of his professional certifications are Certified Business Continuity Professional – CBCP (Disaster Recovery Institute International), ITIL4 and COBIT2019. He has working experience in implementation and management of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). His team was recognized and honored with the Best BCM Organization of the Year 2020 award for TNB.

Clara Pat Ro is a Certified Business Continuity Professional under the Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) US since 2013. She holds a bachelor’s degree with Honours in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. She is a Business Continuity Management Specialist in a local telco and is actively involved in initiatives related to maintaining BCMS as well as promoting awareness within the organization. She has 15 years of experience in telecommunications industry mainly in Customer Support for network related issues, KPI management and analysis, with the last 12 years specializing in Business Continuity & Crisis Management. She is part of the team that was instrumental in getting her organization to be one of the 1st telecommunications organizations in Asia to be certified under the ISO22301 international standard.

Suzan (Bachelor of Science in Ecological and Environmental Biology and Master of Science in Organizational Excellence) has more than 14 years of experience & certifications in various fields including: Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Crisis Management, Environment Health & Safety, Food Safety and Audit. She has participated in providing solutions in these specialized fields for both government agencies and the private sectors.

She has also published a number of scientific articles internationally; contributed to the development and implementation of BC programs, disaster recovery strategies, risk assessment, BIAs; selected appropriate post-disruption continuity strategies; and developed plans, guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Suzan also participates in several committees and works in teams at institutional, local (UAE), and international levels.

Ali Alamadi has more than 15 years’ experience in the cybersecurity field. He has been focusing on supporting the government with establishing their cybersecurity programs. He has been selected to represent the UAE in SC 27 working group in ISO SC 27 working group which is responsible for drafting and publishing many information security standards such as ISO 27001. In his past experiences, he lead many cybersecurity projects for implementing various standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 as well as local standards such as UAE IA and ISR. He initiated many awareness events and campaigns across the UAE for many entities and for the public. He has conducted more than 2000 sessions across the UAE for various targeted groups. He finally established a company specialized in cybersecurity consultancy (CyberArrow) to deliver the highest quality of services and a state of art solutions. The company is currently serving many key entities in the UAE with its GRC and awareness solutions.

Sirilah Raman currently heading the BCM unit at a government linked company (GLC) based at Kuala Lumpur. She holds Masters degree in International Business from University of East London and a post-graduate diploma in business from University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Sirilah is a dedicated and result driven risk management professional with extensive experience in Business Continuity Management and IT Disaster Recovery – specialising in designing and implementation along with program testing and assessment. She is well versed in Incident & Crisis Management covering both operations and technology aspects with a quick in grasp of new ideas, concepts and technologies that are required for the industry practitioners. She is also a process designer for RPA projects with expertise in digital risk & transformation advantages.

Zarul Hamzah has been in the industry for more than 15 years. He has worked with a few financial services, and lastly with Khazanah Nasional Berhad before joining Manulife. He is a Universiti Teknologi Malaysia graduate and certified in business continuity from DRII, and BCM Institute as well as certified in risk management from DRII.

Has close to 30 years of work experience in Life, General and Takaful insurance. Of which, 15 years are spent in BCM and Risk Management. He graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University majoring in accounting and was an ABCP holder. He is currently a risk advisor on BCM and IT for Gibraltar BSN Life Berhad.
